Prainha, Grumari Surf Paradise beaches are part of Pedra Branca Ecological Park. Every tourist has heard of the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema. However, most of them  ignore the wild beauty of the west coast of Rio, located in a protected area environment , with soft sand and clear waters. Prainha and Grumari beaches are the favorite beaches for many locals.

 

We pick you up at your hotel in the South Zone and drive along the coast, passing by the beaches of Ipanema, Leblon, Sao Conrado, Recreio, Macumba, Prainha and Grumari. We will stop for 1 or 2 hours to enjoy the beach you choose and visit the ecological park of Prainha.

For people who are interested in getting to know the Brazilian folk art, we highly recommend to visit the Pontal Museum. There you will find one of the largest folk art collections from northeastern Brazil.
